Agreement:
On today's date,
hereby agrees to enter into agreement with SAPPHIRE'S PRINCESS PARLOUR (Company Name) in regard to Spa Parties and Entertainment Services.
Booking:
A $150.00 deposit is required to hold a party date. All deposits & payments made are non-refundable. Party Forms and waivers must be completed and signed prior to the party. Balances must be paid in full 1 week prior to the party. You may make payments in between. (Spa Party: Nail polish must be removed from fingers/feet prior to the party. There will be a fee of $3.00 per guest for removal of polish. Parties are held at Sapphire’s Princess Parlour. Mobile parties (in which we come to you), incur an additional fee of $75.00 added to cost of party package of your choosing.
Party Details:
Set-up & Clean-up time is not included in the time allotment for the party. The time you pay for is the entire time you get for your party: 30 to 45 minutes for set-up, 30 to 45 minutes for clean-up. We do not service walk-ins to the party. Additional girls can be added at the time of booking for an additional fee. You will be charged for the number of girls you paid for, even if a fewer number of guests do not attend. Guests will not be serviced if they are more than 30 minutes late to the party, as we may have booked several parties in a day and must remain respectful of everyone’s time including the family for the next party. Funds will not be refunded in the event that a guest is late.
Weather and Cancellations:
Parties may be rescheduled up to 2 times based on availability. In the event that the weather dictates unsafe conditions for your guests and/or our staff, the party will be rescheduled. That rescheduled date will not count against you. After that, the party will be canceled without a refund.
Behavior:
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that each party participant will adhere to appropriate behavior and ensure that participants will behave in a respectable manner including, but not limited to refraining from the use of vulgar or abusive language towards staff or others, no physical violence towards staff or others, and no bullying of other party guests or staff.
Damages:
SAPPHIRE'S PRINCESS PARLOUR (Company Name) their subsidiaries, associates, staff and/or volunteers assume no responsibility or liability for accidents that may occur during party at Sapphire’s Princess Parlour, or client’s location or any premises rented or borrowed for the purpose of the party. Client agrees to compensate SAPPHIRE'S PRINCESS PARLOUR (Company Name) their subsidiaries, associates, staff and/or volunteers for any damages that may occur to their property, and/or supplies as a result of a party participant.
Entertainment:
Services are not performed by a licensed cosmetologist and are for Entertainment Purposes only.
Photo & Social Media:
We encourage parents to take/make as many photos/videos as possible. All photos/videos taken by our company and their representations become the sole ownership of Sapphire's Princess Parlour. Client hereby grants the right of Sapphire's Princess Parlour to use photos for promotional purposes on their Website, Social Media, Email Blasts, Newsletters, General Publications, Videos, Magazines and all other Publications. We respect our client's privacy and because of this, your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties.
